  • Our wedding invitations are for couples looking for design focused stationery which is printed by hand and is highly customised. Pricing is greatly dependent on elements such as paper types, number of colours used and amount of invitations needed. Therefore contacting us for a quote is the best way to see how Meshwell Prints works with your budget.

    As a rough guide, our Semi-Custom Invitation Suites start at £750 for 40 of the ‘minimal’ package. Our minimum investment for fully Customised wedding stationery design is £3000

  • Although we specialise in Screen Printing and our semi-custom collections have been designed to work best with this printing technique, Semi-custom suites can be printed digitally. We are open to all printing methods when working with our custom clients.

  • Our semi-custom suites take approximately 3-4 weeks from initial consultation to shipping. Our fully custom designs can take up to 12 weeks.

  • we are happy to work with customers from all around the globe

  • Our semi-custom suites offer a guideline for some of the details required on wedding invitations and we are happy to help you with ideas, however we cannot write your stationery copy or act as proof readers. Final proofs must be signed by clients before printing can begin and any wording changes made after printing will incur a fee.

  • The custom design process is very collaborative and we work closely with couples to get the vision just right before printing therefore we do not have a limit on design edits for our custom clients. Semi-custom designs can have up to 3 rounds of design edits, any edits after this will incur a fee (all info on edit rounds and fees will be provided in your contract)

  • Standard wedding etiquette calls for invitations to reach guests 6-8 weeks before the wedding date. However you may want to consider giving earlier notice for destination weddings, popular holiday periods or if you forgo a save the date. Save the dates can be sent anywhere from 6 months to year in advanced.

  • It’s never too early to get in touch, we work on a first come first serve basis so early is best to ensure you’re booked in with enough time to post before the big day. Remember to consider how much notice you’d like to give your guests before the wedding date, this is when you’d like to have your stationery finished, addressed and ready to post to guests.

    As a rough guide we’d suggest at least a 6 month lead time for custom invitations between the design process kicking off and the actual wedding date (and consider this could be longer if you’re also posting save the dates) Semi-custom designs can halve that time to 3 months (again, if not including save the dates)

  • Yes! If you would like a sample please email us at fiona@meshwellprints.com with the subject line sample, your postage address, and any specific samples you’re interested in.

  • Yes! We can make day of stationery such as menus, place cards and wedding signs. We have day of stationery designs being added to our semi-custom collections soon. If you would like to know when these launch please get in touch

  • We understand wedding guests counts can change throughout the wedding planning process and are happy to amend amounts before printing begins. Any invitation count increase of 10+ will incur a fee to accommodate an increase in supplies.

  • We require a deposit of 30% of your suite package total to secure your spot on our calendar, with the full balance due before the final printing stage. We accept various forms of payment.
